All the diffusers are amazing! I’ve got three different versions. I love diffusing lemon in the kitchen, breathe in the bedroom and anything citrus or lavender in the living room!

You show taking it off is with a twist then you skip over putting top on. Is it with a twist?

Great question! Yes, If you decide to keep the rubber seal, it would be best to twist the top on. However, if you remove the rubber seal, you can just put the top on with no twist. We hope this helped clarify. 😊

Hey i was gifted with this diffuser for Christmas, however it doesn't mist - these is no visible mist coming out of the machine. We've exchanged it twice and the problem still exist. We've followed the steps on this video step by step.We can ses the mist is being generated inside the machine it's just not coming out. In this video at 1:06, it doesn't seem to be shooting mist either, but at the end of the video it does. I am a bit confused is the mist be visible or?
