I didn't like the pause. ( you can see because the switch of screens) if u look closely u can see her hand was holding it up. Pause. Then it was all pinned together perfectly. When the screens pause and then play again, it's inauthentic. She's giving more time then it takes. Let's be real. She's a promoter getting paid. For all I know is she has a whole team of hair stylists fixing her hair during the pause. I'm heated because I bought that. It is not that easy hunnie. It's a pain. It's like a 6 inch extension that does not wrap up that tight. Imagine wrapping 4"×4" velcro. There is a huge bulge. Unless you have John Frieda doing your extensions thats not going to happen. All jokes aside it doesn't even wrap up like that in my hands. I truly believe she had help. I hope this helps others from making the same mistake I did. Online returns are not an easy process.
