How to Rotate Paper Space view without affecting your drawing Coordinates - In Arabic 

..you can rotate view using technique shown in this video - just remember, after you did your view rotation - make sure to issue command UCS and choose WORLD as you permanent UCS - otherwise your coordinate system that you established by aligning UCS to your sheet outline will not allow for a proper alignment of x-reference information. UCS throughout your project must be set to WORLD to make sure uniformity in data overlays. More effective way of rotating the model view without disturbing the UCS is to use DVIEW command, than use TWIST option and type in the desirable view angle. This will rotate the model space view in your viewport, but keep the original UCS WORLD coordinate system alignment proper.
