@@hero303-gameplayindonesia8 Estes doesn't have that much damage in his skills . Supports these days needs to costatly poke it's enemies and while able to support it's allies .Estes can't invade and roam as much as the newer supports specially against floryn Angela valir
@Freak Show you couldn’t have phrased it more correctly! i main estes and honestly he’s just a sitting duck in teamfights but with good positioning he’s extremely effective, rafaela would still be the better support in terms but they’re both pretty good
rafaela has arguably one of the BEST kits in the game *passive* - kill enemies as your last resort - the least useful thing in her kit (edit) *1st skill* - applies slow (great when compared with thunder belt or ice queen wand) - reveals invisible enemies (rafaela being a great counter pick against natalia) - great at providing vision (can also target heroes inside bushes) *2nd skill* - good healing stuff (when paired with favor, you can heal almost a third of a hero's max hp) - also offers movement speed for a short period (very good for chasing heroes, as well as quickly evading out of combat) *ult* - while slow, can still deal a long period of stun basically, rafaela has the following: - heal - movement speed boost - aoe skill that can reveal concealed heroes and bushes - cc/stun - slow
Hey Betosky, thanks for showcasing this hero. Your gameplay with Rafaela is also really good! I was Supreme Rafaela (currently Supreme Angela) in Vietnam a few seasons back and here are some suggestions for those that wanna try using Rafaela. You should try using the Avarice Emblem in her. She pokes enemies quite easily while checking bushes or just harassing, so it gives pretty good amount of extra gold for more items early. As for items, if your sidelaner is something like esmeralda that can buy Dominance Ice as their 3rd item, you can also try getting Antique Cuirass -> Oracle as most fighters and assassins right now are skill casters. You can annoy enemies even more if you pair Ice Queen Wand and Thunderbelt if your team is already snowballing. Otherwise, don't bother building IQW, it makes you squishier. As for gameplay, you can either play aggressive and harass non-stop from early to late game, or play more passive-aggressively early - guard gold laner while providing vision of bushes while zoning enemies away. Early game try to secure the bush next to lithowander with your mage so jungler can secure it.
Do you play with extra heal or regen on the emblem? I only recently got my Support emblem to a high level, 45 now, and before that I used mystery shop and just got Enchanted Talisman for mana sustain. I have my Avarice emblem set such that I can also use it on Esme right now with extra heal.
@@JustLennart I main support and I use exyra regen even with enchanted talisman so I have unli mana and just lets me rotate more and lessen the times I go back to base.. and In my experience extra regen just guves you the best value overall
@@JustLennart This depends on the boots you are using I guess. 1. If you use Demon Shoes (The Mana Regen) you can go points on Healing Effect. 2. If you use the two Defensive Boots, go with Hybrid Regen. Or you can just mix it up and go 2 points on Regen 1on Heal :DD (Not sure if this works well, I don't use this)
when nobody wants to pick tank, I always pick Rafaela. Her lategame is good(for me) especially with enough defense items including thunder belt and her 2nd skill is good especially in team fights

Did you watch m3? Check out the English version. The announcers give you play by play and what mistakes they did… these are top tier players and the announcers spit facts and even give you an analysis of the game after
I think that's impossible to happen. If there's a lossing game he had it's probably because 3 of his teammates were just trolling or doesn't wanna play the game right.
Right now, the most common rotation of Mythics (SEA) is to rotate to the gold lane, get a kill or make the enemy go back to the base, let your ally gold laner take the gold plate, then you, with the mage and core, take the turtle😉

@Izaka Kotatsu I just spam Natan. I can easily get to level 15 when they're just 9-12. But the problem is there're a lot of Laylas. Sometimes I get the feeder one or sometimes my team feed the enemy Layla (or some other hero)... I roam around the whole map for farming and my enemy stays in a lane and my teammates go there to fight and die. They don't even protect me even though I'm carrying with most kills. But only happens in smurf and 30% of the time, so not a big deal. I use other heroes though, they can't win anyway, without item sense and farming sense it's not easy.
I watched this video and got inspired to play Rafaela, no one was tanking and there were 2 mm and I managed to get 33 assist therefore making me mvp! Thank you for the tips Beto.
One of the best support games have seen with Rafaela! She is by far one of the most versatile heroes I’ve played (besides Selena who can play almost all roles). Nice vid Beto, huge fan here :)

i use to main support heroes but after awhile i tried out other heroes and was reluctant to go back but now i remember how fun it was balancing your teammates lives in your own hand… letting the toxic players die and still winning him them getting bronze
Whenever i try to glide to the backline using Lancelot, the enemy Rafaela just stuns me every time. almost like she only uses them for me, which is probably the case
@@rakuto-kun29 If you ask me, Raf's ult specifically works a lot better as an anti-dive tool as opposed to a setup due to its awful range, size, and speed.
This video made me open up my rank game after long time not ranking. I'm since rafaela main and this video fire up my rafaela instincts. Thanks betosky. Currently 18/20 wins, 2 MVP loss and all golds... But started low GM 5 since not playing for 4 seasons straight.
Boy I remember when Rafaela was always banned because her 2nd skill was spammable making your whole team unkillable. Then they nerfed it so she got outshined again. I love using her though especially when no one wants to tank. Spammed her to mythic and had 80% wr.
This is how i play Rafaela. Mostly i will see how other players carry their hero, both my team and the enemy team. Early game, i would stuck with mm to push tower and help the jungler if they on my side lane. I would rotate mid too if the enemy mm dead/recall and know where the position of other enemy. Mostly i would keep an eye on the enemy jungler/roamer to keep my mm safe. In the mid game, i would support and sacrifice myself if our damage dealer in danger, telling them to retreat while i attack the enemy especially when their hp bar low and my battle spell in cooldown. It may sound bias , but the only chance to win is to support the hero that have the highest damage in mid game since we only have half of our required items. Mostly for players who carried the game well. If all players carried the game so well, i would rotate to give vision, clear waves and tell my teammates when to engage/ push after making sure of enemy position. For me, clearing minions are important to push turret and keep the enemy busy rotating from one lane to other. In late game, i would just join the war and support them until the enemy wipe out. But do let them know to clear waves to end the game fast. One thing i hate is when the enemy have Selena pro player, because her second skill could literally be downfall to our teamfights. I've noticed that a good Selena player would aim the tank/support first or the damage dealer to weaken the support on teamfights. So be careful.
As a Support main, Rafaela is my favorite. She has slow, heal, and stun. A really great kit for the survivalability for her and her allies during clashes. I usually build Thunderbelt and Fleeting Time. The Belt for the extra armor and mana regen, and the Fleeting Time for the cooldown reduction when getting an assist so that I can spam that linear stun of hers.
I think in the right hands she is one of the most annoying heroes to deal with. She helps a lot in fast rotations plus her buffs to her teammates and her ult cc makes her a great support.
i once had a team and i picked rafa instead of tank. they ask “rafa rlly?” i replied by saying “lemme show you just how annoying this woman can be” and needless to say, i got mvp
I was playing layla and enemy team had a moskov jg and early strong heroes but still my teammates managed to harass him in early game and his teammates. And also i was winning my lane 1v1. Then in late game, i got maniac. First time i had a good team :)
honestly its just sad that when someone chooses an unpopular hero ppl just decide to bash the player, i met players type in the chat box ‘report tank’ just cuz i chose minotaur instead of tigreal ://///. i ended up getting a better kda than those that trash talked but i still feel discouraged. i really wanna see a minotaur video from my idol beto
I found it to be the best not to give a damn to your teammates, that way you can be a really good tank or support. You don't need to always be exposed and in front of them, just wait for the opportunity and provide assistance, ofc if you're trying to zone them out sure then
Goodness, that Gusion is the kind of player I hate to play with. Like there's literally a mage in the team so Rafa didn't need to stay there to defend the mid lane. 🙄
Yeah it would be nice with how slow it can feel sometimes ngl Also they should revamp her passive because it's useless rn, maybe make it so it also shoots out the blast when a teammate dies near you (with like a 60 sec cooldown too so it doesn't feel too OP)
