How to Rumble & CARRY for Beginners + Best Build/Runes | Rumble Guide Season 13 League of Legends 

Rumble always so funny and interactive. Pushes you under tower and pokes. Illaoi at least has some counterplay and you can outplay her. Rumble just spams and spams all he can and his dmg is so high he can 1 v 2 some ganks or just slow enemies and run away. Seems balanced but Riot is busy with nerfing Azir and Ryze. At least when you get close on Teemo and youre not playing fully aa dependant champ you can still kill him, but Rumble goes even at close distance or even wins these. I played Rumble some time ago against Mordekaiser main (70% wr) and I beat him so easily so this champ isn't even that hard to play and find succes. Fortunately no one plays him, but when I'm against Rumble I just prefer to dodge and wait few minutes bcs I hate him so much. Still love the content though

What kind of boosted Kayn needs a leash, just start raptor into golem. Also I could watch you bully Fiora players for hours.

I still feel like rumble srtuggles against hullbreaker champs, sure if you absolutely stomp the matchup its fine, but if the game goes to long or you camped or team really just falls apart its a losing battle eventually.

Why not Protobelt over Harvester? Gives more magic pen.

Champ needs a nerf, too much damage, shits on every melee, CC, ranged poke, wave clear, gets tanky through items. Like the champ has it all. Yeah, if you can go even in lane against rumble you'll do okay. But, he still has great teamfight. That R does too much damage, slows too much, and is a zoning tool.
