as long as your taps are consistent, you'll be able to reach 30. the pace at which you tap may have an effect on how quickly you reach 30/31

My fastest is 9.87 at 28.94mph and i just cant seem to get a good start and hold , either I start bad and finish strong or i shoot off the line and cant hold it til the end

Try holding your first tap for a split second, then tapping in a regular rhythm for the rest of the race. For a good start, you need to come out low from the blocks and drive phase for 3 seconds. 28.94 mph is good enough to run a 9.6 or 9.5.

Went from 10.00 - 10.15 on average getting 9.85 - 9.99 occasionally to 4 pb in 1 day going from 9.73 to 9.71 to 9.68 to 9.61

Keep grinding, I used to run sub 10 rarely, practice the 60 to help your start, and the 200 to maintain speed. You'll get faster the more you play. I went from 10.04 to 9.39 in a month playing an hour a day
