I didn't become financially independent till I was in my mid 40s after having a major financial setback during the covid, I'm glad i'm on my feet. In addition to buying my second house, I'm also making money on a monthly basis through passive income, and I've also met some of my goals. I really hope this motivates someone to know that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet; no matter your age, you can start today. Investing can help you change your future!.

This is a shocker seeing Regina Louise Collaro is being mentioned here. I always had mixed feelings about hiring a lnvestment advisor. For the record, I started working with Regina in 2019, and she manages about 70% of my lnvestments, while I manage the other 30%. My philosophy is that I care more about my own money than anyone else, but she made me accept that they have wealth of information on current conditions and future trends

Do it. Do Airbnb. You will not regret it. It is 100x better than long-term tenants - especially if you are just starting out and can self-manage the guests, basic maint. and cleanings, etc. You will get a wonderful return on your investment, with the benefit of having more power and control over your own property as there are minimal issues with tenant rights/limitations/squatters etc. My husband and I started Airbnbing our basement 3 years ago and now have 4 Airbnb units, and a 5th being built in the backyard of one of the properties. We focus on mid-term rentals (most are 2-10 month bookings). It involves minimal cleanings, and our NET profit before tax is $5800/mo for these 4 units. 94% avg occupancy rate. I probably spend about 10 hours a month marketing, managing the guest communications, and doing the cleanings myself, with my husband doing the home maintenance interior/exterior!

Umm I went to two Airbnbs San Diego and 1. Not what was on photo 2. I didn't want to embarrass your speaker but heck, read this and erase it....I'm writing you because for some reason I felt you deserve better and are trying your best. You deserve good people around you that will support you. You are a good speaker, clear, concise, and articulate. However your speaker is very difficult to understand because of both how she talks and what she says. Kierra is not professional. She is inarticulate, mumbles, jumps around from subject to subject, and all be it good info it was presented in a disorganized and ill prepared manner. I'd suggest you transcribe what she says and be the speaker yourself. Given I truly cannot understand 20% of what she is saying should be reason enough.(She runs her words together by rushing, drops words off at the end of sentences, and is not clearly pronouncing the words she is saying. I can tell you are a hard worker and want to make something of yourself. Sometimes you have to cut the cord and set boundaries in business. I respect what you are doing and that is why I'm telling you this. Thanks for listening.
