I would say one more to add onto the list is an itinerary. Although it is fun to share the experience with other writers then check to see what all guests are looking to get out from it. Having an itinerary helps plan your days a little better and some might just want time away to think of creative ideas where others might want to check out tools to run their time for efficiently. But having some sort of structure for the days is good practice to get maximum from your work retreats. We run SEO Masterminds all the time like these @ and especially when work is internet-based it is nice to meet other entrepreneurs
