These videos are great for how to set up the initial settings, but the titles all promise help with the actual RUNNING the event, which is what I was looking for help with - i.e. how do you set up who are presenters vs. regular attendees? How a host can switch between presenters/panelists who are visable/speaking as the presentation goes on, etc. The settings are kind of self-explanatory, these are the things I'm looking for help with, and sadly none of these videos seem to really get into them.
I found this piece helpful. I am going to set up a special online event for celebrating the new year. I think I gathered a couple of interesting ideas from this video. Thank you, Podia.
Truly helpful. I have been trying to figure out if I should use Zoom Webinar or Meetings for a project I'm working on. You helped me to make a decision. Thank you.
Hi, In 5:47, you showed different Breakout rooms and the main room. All these different breakout rooms are different accounts, isn't it? And, you've lumped the invitation to one invite. Excellent, very creative. Thank you.
Thank you for your video. I want to run an online summit with 8 people on my webinar, and i want to allow people to comment on our conversation in a chat form. How do I do that?
Thanks for such an informative video on how to do online events via Zoom. I just wanted to find out, how I can run a successful funeral live broadcast. Like the recording equipment I might need. As for the on platform (Zoom) behind the scenes setup I think have grasped it 🙏🏿
Question, throughout the video you reference “main room” … almost like a lobby or main page that has details on other links to parts of your event (panelist discussions, breakouts, etc.) , how and where do you set this up at? Is this something within Zoom, in either Meeting or Webinar? Or are you using another platform to achieve this?
Thanks for this video. Do you have an example of how a special event would work if it's a film being presented? do you just present screen in zoom and that's it?
If I want to do a meeting for less than a hundred, I don't need to go to events .zoom, it looks way simpler and easier your way. can I set questions while registering for my event?
About hangouts and breakout rooms, can i automate the moving around participants in such a way that the same participants never meet in the same breakout room again? Say I want to pair then rotate each participant so that they do not meet again ?
When guest register, are they given a unique passcode to access the webinar? And what about the extra links in the webinar description.... Are they able to access the links listed without a passcode?
Yes, I want to do a virtual conference with 6 speaker but two of them are for breakout sessions. How can I do this and include music, a dancer and such.
