How to run C/C++ in VS Code on MacOS

still have a problem. When I run the code it tells me: clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation) tempCodeRunnerFile.cpp:1:10: fatal error: 'iostrem' file not found How can I solve this???

The terminal window has alot of junk written, is there anyway you can do the same thing in the output window? Or is there anyway you can clear up all the other miscellaneous info from the terminal window?

How you run the terminal

I failed to build and to console out... At DEBUG CONSOLE Tab, I can input the first number 5, but at TERMINAL Tab I can't, even it says "Build finished successfully. *Terminal will be reused by tasks, press any key to close it." I don't know why my laptop runs and shows different from yours. Sth different from your video, I chose "C/C++:clang++build active file..." before I could type the code. I don't know why the option menu occurred to me to choose.
