how can we accomplish this , if I want to host this on windows server? on which I can't install Visual studio code? Can we create some build of it, so that I don't have to copy whole of my code there?

The service created correctly, BUT it doesn't start it try to start it return : "Windows could not start the world service on local computer " Any help
If you are using node and your react app is linked with it then you can deliver pages on startup of your node server for that you will have to build your react app
When you look at "Startup Type" at 6:20 it will list start-up options. "Automatic" means that service will start by itslelf if machine is rebooted. You can alter that setting if you edit service properties.
