This battle is a complete joke with the charge shot, basically 5 shots the mini bosses and kills bon bon in like 10 or less if you saved a super for the last faze (unless you get the cup cakes, then your kinda screwed)
I feel like expert makes the waffle easier. Duck when he does his horizontal attack, and his diagonal is a fricking joke. Gumbo is a joke with chaser, and with Lord Gob, jump on the platform, and run in circles while using weapon lock to spread the crap outta him. But I hate the candy corn and cupcake.
Gumbo gets absolutely annihilated with spread, just follow him closely but carefuly, and when you think he is about to turn, smoke bomb him. It takes a while to know his walking cycle but once you do it right, you can destroy that gumball machine
Cupcake: 5 charge shots Pac-man: 4 charge shots Candy corn: 4 charge shots Gumball machine: 4 charge shots Waffle: 4 charge shots Parry all of the jellybeans as they're the only thing that counts as parry in the boss, on the waffle and pacman use as many roundabout ex's as possible as they take a lot of damage from those, the cupcake is the worst one, use charge when its on the ground and never get on the platform, it leaves a 4th splash upon jumping (have that in mind) The pacmans the easiest, just move in circles and hit it with either charge or roundabout The candycorn moves randomly on an 8 shape, dont go on the platform and smoke bomb/ slide when its near you Gumball machine is easy, just dodge the gumballs and use charge and the waffle doesnt have any tips.
There is another way to finish the last phase much more quickly, instead of using super, go under her and use ALL the spread ex when jumping, i can just unequip the super to do that.
I once did a run on Brineybeard where I only parried the giant laser three times, and I still got the S-rank. I suppose it's possible the devs changed that sometime after you uploaded this video. This was three years ago after all!
Bro wish me luck. I tried platnium'ing this game like 6 months ago and it defeated me. Ive also platnium'd half of the Soulsbourne titles so thats how bad this game was for me lol. But i just have two trophies left. Get an A- rank on all Isle 3 bosses and beat the game on expert. Wish me luck lol (please im going insane)
This battle is a piece of cake with charger, I got S rank with a time of 1:12, even better than Goopy Le Grande. Also smoke bomb is super helpful for dodging her heads in the last phase.
Hey man thanks for the help. Was using chaser and switched to roundabout and got it within a handful of attempts. Didn't know about the parry on the final form either and it saved my s rank run. Cheers mate and fuck muffin man!
the muffin is incredibly easy to me . only thing is though whenever he goes to the left side of the screen and then to middle i get stuck right in front of the castle (i never thought to just jump over him LOL) so if a jellybean comes out i have no time to turn around and kill it before it damages me . but now that i know u can just jump over him sometimes i should be solid . i can never avoid losing at least one health before the final battle tho which rly sucks bcs i need all 3 health to beat her and her dumb floating head
In the final stage you can use spred and shot her before she start to move just go to the "doors? Of the castle and start to shot when she start to move get to the plataform and use the 5 card's super
I am so frustrated. I finished this boss in expert mode, perfectly, no damage, taken under 2 minutes but sonehow i got A- i should have gotten an S. What do i do?
Hey there, I have a question, I almost passed the level with S rank TWICE, if it weren't because FOR SOME REASON, it always appears me Super meter: 5/6. How do I win with 6/6? This problem never appeared me with other bosses, ONLY with Baroness and it's VERY ANNOYING. Please help!
you gotta use atleast one super along with an extra card in the whole fight(5+1 = 6 cards). basically use cards as much as you can, while also using a super.
