What causes it to keep going bad I replaced 3 in a weeks time

Should this have continuity or not?

id like to point out u can easly get to the fuse to replace it from the back by removing the air discharge tube. very easy if u happen to have ur dryer stacked ontop of your washer, took less then 2 mins.

What can I do if the blue wire gets burnt? Do I have to replace the whole wiring harness?
