How to Sauna... Sauna Brothers EP 07. 

Fun video! Instant subscriber. You guys should challenge your own culture and go buff, otherwise it' possibly a phobic thing. Shouldn't grow up with too many hang ups and of course you can just shoot videos from the waist up in the sauna to keep it pure. So here in Los Angeles, it feels like everywhere, including the house, is a sauna for most of the summer and yet this winter it's more cold and rainy than it's been in decades. My kid took up ice hockey years ago since the winters weren't much cooler until this one. Thank God he burnt out since it's financially crippling to play competitively here in LA, and now I can afford to build my own sauna and just hope we get cold and rain a ton again next winter. That's why, I guess, the RU-vid logarithm steered me to your site, since I've been looking at other "how to's" on the building of a sauna. Part of me would just rather move to Finland. Cheers and keep creating!

Most of the Finns I know use saunas for washing. It sure beats showering. Its nice to shave in the sauna too because the steam softens the whiskers.
