@Mr.Whiskers On your word document go up to the very top left where it says File. Press save as. Then a small box appears where you can rename it and save it to a specific place. Click the arrow down where it says word.doc. and change it to PDF
it didn't ask me where i want to save my file. i didn't have print to file selected. i did it all correct. I'm thinking maybe it's because i use Oppen Office? isntead of word? anyway, it just loaded the pages after i hit print, and i'm pretty sure it must've came out my printer just now..
is there anyone can help me ?? as saved my file to pdf file but i want to edit the file in pdf file itself by not converting to word or microsoft office . please

When i run to save Invoice in PDF format , it saved in PDF format in the desire location but i want whenever i click the command button to save, the invoice must be saved in PDF format with file name & the file name will be like this CustomerName_InvoiceNumber_InvoiceDate.
