Starting an ICF shop right away, just finished a gambrel roof ICF shop/house (aka shouse) so check our Instagram for that. As for the next full ICF house, still working on deals. We are starting an ICF reno with new window sizes and locations. That will be interesting

I’ve never done an ICF roof. So depending on the system, the answer to your question would change. I’m almost thinking the roof would have no attic, but again it depends

I always install a wood truss roof. Very economical, you can get high levels of insulation with easy installation, and by our own results, still achieve a very air tight home. Far easier than conventional builders do it.
