The only debt I have is my house. I started this year January 2024 snowballing my $212,000 mortgage balance. The balance now is $162,000. My goal is to have it paid off in 2026.

The tip on electricity is true! Where I live it’s cheaper between off peak times 9pm and 9am. I turn my dishwasher on and wash clothes during that time. Put a load in at 9pm and another at 6am, which HAS made a difference on my bill!

This was everything I needed! I’m in Grinding for Goals mode and this video got me with the gym membership. I had been meaning to cancel it for a few months but I decided to pause it instead because I do use it, I’m just not currently going to the gym enough to warrant paying for it, and I will return once I get some things in order this Summer.

That percent for the paycheck hit so hard. I have thought about everything else and never thought about that and I have ran a business and starting over to get back there but I haven’t been going hard enough to get back there. 18:25 also protects your eyes from the sun which could do lots of damage. Eye doctors are expensive with corrective surgeries...lenses..frames. Also protects your wall paint. Tinted windows prevent sun from discoloring your walls, and we all know how expensive paint is these days

Before 2022, the high yield savings account was at 2%. The high yield savings account is influenced by what the Feds set as interest rate.

1. You pay taxes on the interest earned. 2. There is no physical bank, so you have to wait a couple of days for transfers. 3. The account is not with your current bank. Those are not deal breakers for me, but it will depend on the person.

His math ain't mathing. 😂 I LOVE Anthony's content, but 4.6% interest on $10k isn't thousands of dollars. It's $460. And 0.46% interest on $10k is $46. He messes up these interest calculations all the time. He needs to date a woman with a seriously intelligent head on her shoulders, that can teach him new things. Math is not his strong suit. 😂😆 ....But that's totally fine! His content is 100% relatable and accurate.

I started a HYS account with SoFi. It was 4.8%. Needless to say I was overjoyed. Last month it went down to 1.2%. I know they fluctuate but how did it drop that much. I'm hoping it wasn't just a promotional rate to get me in.

Here is why…SoFi members with Direct Deposit or $5,000 or more in Qualifying Deposits during the 30-Day Evaluation Period can earn 4.60% annual percentage yield (APY) on savings balances .. however, Members without either Direct Deposit or Qualifying Deposits, during the 30-Day Evaluation Period will earn 1.20% APY on savings balances

Please don’t utilize your electric this way. Your bills will be sky high! Please speak with your local weatherization department for how to make your Home energy efficient.
