मेरे सभी दोस्तों को प्रणाम ऐसे बहुत से मित्र होंगे जिसके घर में पैसे नहीं बचते या फिर वो कमाने वाला अकेला है और कोई फालतू का नहीं पर जरुरी खर्चा ही इतना है की कमाई से ज्यादा खर्चा ज्यादा हो जाता है। ऐसा ही मेरा भी हालत था घर पे चिड़िया आती थी खाना डाल रहा था तभी मेरे मन में सवाल उठा अरे ये खाने का महीने का खर्चा 300 होगा जो तेरी कमाई से जायेगा एक तो में बचा नहीं पा रहा हु ऊपर से ये खर्चा। लेकिन मेने उस समय मानवता पे ध्यान दिया और दूसरे ही दिन मुझे विचार आया क्यों ना में यूट्यूब पे अच्छे विचार लोगो के साथ शेयर करू जिससे लोगो को भी फायदा हो और मुझे भी यूट्यूब से कुछ पैसे मिल जायेगे। बस उसके बाद मेने यूट्यूब पे वीडियो डालना शुरू किया। कुछ खास मजा नहीं आयी लेकिन एक वीडियो चल पड़ा जो मुझे खर्च से 10 गुना आने लगा। अच्छे विचारो से हमारा दिमाग शांत रहता है और हम हमारे पे आने वाली मुसीबत या अच्छाई का अच्छे से फायदा उठा सकते है। जो की हमारे जीवन जीने के लिये बहुत जरुरी है। जीवन में खुशी अच्छे विचारो से और अच्छे कर्मो से आती है पैसे से नहीं। (प्रगति के लिये दिखावे के लिये अच्छे काम मत करना क्युकी आप खुद को कभी मुर्ख नहीं बना पाते और इसका ये भी अर्थ नहीं होता हम घर भूखा है और लोगो में दान बाटते फिर ते है क्युकी आज कल लोग सिर्फ पैसे देना ही दान समझते है किसी को एक अच्छी सलाह देना भी दान है जो किसी की जिंदगी बदल सकती है ) धन्यवाद

My husband has an education loan of 12L and not it is 7L remaining to pay.. because of the loan he doesn't save money for future. He just save to accumulate the money and pay to the bank so that the loan gets over quickly. What do u suggest in this case? I have asked him many times to save atleast 10,000 from his salary every month apart for the money he is saving for the loan but that never happened.

Mutual Fund me CAGR actually average of every year return hai... fixed deposit me increased amount reinvest hota hai, "main capital" ke sath. Jo Mutual Fund me nehi hota. aagor MF me bhi increase amount automatically reinvest ho ke "zyda Unit" deti, tob yed compound hoti. aaj 100 rs me agor 5 units milti hai, 20 years ke baad bhi aapke paas 5 Units hi rehegi. baas uska value 400/500/600 ho jayegi. example : 100 rs lumpsum aap FD me invest kiya 8% interest ki sath 1yr. 100*8%=108 2yr 108*8%(8.64)=116.64 3yr 116.64*8%(9.33)=125.97 4yr 125.97*8%(10.07)=136.04 5yr 136.04*8%(10.88)=146.92 6yr 146.92*8%(11.75)=158.67 7yr 158.67*8%(12.69)=171.36 8yr 171.36*8%(13.70)=185.06 9yr 185.06*8%(14.80)=199.86 10yr 199.86*8%(15.98)=215.84 Total increase 215-100= Rs.115 now let's average it for 10yrs 115/10=11.5%...!! Even fixed 8% return is giving you every yrs 11.5% return...!! why..?? Because every yrs increased amount is adding to your "main capital" Now if you invest in MF, and it's giving you 12% return. 100*12%*10yr=120 FD's 8%=115 MF's 12%=120 If I am wrong, please explain compoundin in MF.
