To save penalties, spam WASD inside your goal and then when they are approaching close to the ball go foward and jump or jump sideways to the ball.

1. be on shift lock to cover as much area as possible 2. push yourself against the front of the invisible wall so that cover as much as possible 3. save it

Skill issue tbh u don't have to basically everything he said only u also have to have some skill ans good ping and fast reaction and higher camera or mouse sensitivity
