Sounds like the scanner bar is misaligned and out of sync .. having it repaired may cost as much as a new printer 🖨️. I dumped this model and bought the canon g7020 . Sorry I don’t have a solution for you . Good luck 🍀

You have to set up the Epson apps on your phone to do that . Go to printer and toggle in the settings to pair it . Then you can print from your phone.

Do you have the two connected from print to computer the cable may be loose

sheenbean2 use school top trap to scan them to desk top . Lay the papers with print up and no crimps or creases in the stack . If you get blanks to desktop flip them the other way and run through ach top feed tray .

sheenbean2 try doing this using the buttons on the machine if not open scanning software do from there .

@@sleepingwiththedog you can save a scanned document 📃 to the computer 🖥 and then open up your email program on computer 🖥 to send to your recipients.

From printer Scan documents >to computer on desktop > open email >attach documents > send to > recipient.
