In this video you will learn how to screen print on safety vests. You will also learn why screen printing for construction companies is a great niche to be in.
Thank you! I'm glad you liked the video. I cured them with my flash dryer. I have the flash dryer set approximately 5 inches above the platten...I use FN Ink and it takes approximately 10 seconds for a full cure. Thanks for watching!
Sometimes those vest come in 2 peice back area...so the mesh of shirt is on mesh on mesh and it will move...the vest u are doing is 1 mesh only so easy to srceen print on.....my boss took a job based off a vest like u are using...but when the vest came in the mail they were different then the vest the customer had originally brought in ..there was no way i was gonna be able to screen print on material that isn't able to lock down to screen pallet.. Have no clue why some vest are made like that......to make it more clear it would be like the vest u are using in video .but the back area has to layers of mesh..the mesh on mesh will not stay in place......so i had to make transfers to do the job....... So my point was not all vest may be like the one in video u are screen printing on... Thanks for video.....
That's true, not all vests are the same. And you're right, the double layer vests would not work for screen printing. I would have done the same thing...printed them with transfers. Thank you for watching 👍 💯 🙏
