Thank you bro! This was a client that I have done work for plus she has recommended so many people my way that she asked me knowing that I only could go up to 4 colors and I had to figure out how to get it done. I though of how I print numbers on jerseys and is using the same method.

where do i get the transparencies to line up screen and art work that you have inside light box...

The transparency to line up the screen came with the exposure unit. But I believe Ryonet @ www.screenprinting.com/ sells them separately.

For shirts I get them from ssactivewear.com and I get my supplies from a few companies like Ryonet, screen print direct, and most of my screens I get them from Ebay.

Pimp as usual bro Lol I'm doing a CMYK soon and have the same press. Prob is it's on black T's. Any way to get the underbase on without the press and registered to the rest? lol I know i'm dreaming haha

@@tainoink pretty sure it would work if i do an oversize underbase on 4 shirts, flash, the register the 4 colours, but could only do 4 shirts then need to clean screens in order to register another 4,,,, sigh lol

What I did to avoid cleaning the screens is that I've made sure not to get ink on the Registration marks.

why not using CMYK better?

The reason I can't do cmyk on black shirts with only a 4 color press. To do cmyk on black shirts you will need a 6 color press to use five t of the heads.
