How To Season Cast Iron Pans // Chef Andy 

Thank you Andy!! I recently lost my Mom and she left me 3 of hers, they are rusty and I was at a loss on how to clean/care for them. They've been in my family since my great great grandma! And I'm the youngest of my mom's and I'm 34! I'm really hoping to pass these down to my kids and now I think it might be possible!! Love you Andy! Been watching you since Logan introduced you!

You should a a griswald cast iron. Those or the best ever. The iron is like silk. So smooth. They don’t manufacture them anymore, but you can find them on eBay. Later you will be thanking me😉

Try to use Coarse salt it normally does the job. Heat the pan with coarse salt.
