Good one , All the tips are useful , but i prefer wooden rolling pin over other material -i have been using wooden belan since more than a decade now and no damage or surface defects on it also it absorbs less oil . The belan has to be thin and light in weight for better efficiency . In this video the wooden belan is very thick and material is also not that good so the surface has developed cracks . 😃👌❤️👍

Really good recommendation video..very functional stuff... you have great sense of materials n experience in buying stuff...I hv brought steel chopping board which can be included... wanted to know a great tool for chopping dryfruits to small pieces if you can add in part 2 ..also salt, sugar n tea jars on a stand if you can pls share

Great info maam. But regarding rolling pin, I will definitely suggest wooden one as because wood has got a property to absorb little moisture from roti and this makes it roll n glide easily while on other hand steel ones will have a smooth surface that wnt absorb moisture infact they will pay back moisture to roti thereby making it to stick there and went roll. And it's really a pleasure to buy new rolling pin for ur joy😉
Thanks for sharing your experience dear. Actually me and my mother are using a steel rolling pin for last 4 years. But we never faced the issue of flour sticking to rolling pin. Even while making maida naan, we didn’t face any problem. So I think it’s about everyone’s preference. 😊
