I always use and recommend steel containers for large quantities and glass containers for small ones like spices. Wooden containers require maintenance.
Don't buy that wooden container for spices, I already have one with 12 container , fungas aa jata hai. 😓 Oil lagane par bhi. I cleaned it nd applied oil but no use.😓 I bought it from Amazon for 700+ somthing 😓

Namak ke liye steel or plastic dono ka use nahi karna chaiye plastic bhi namak ke saath react karta hai namak ke saath sirf chini miti ya kanch ke jaar or spoon hi use karne chahiye
How do you clean your wooden utensils(like ladles, spoons, spatula etc) Ma'am? Wood has the tendency to absorb oil and coloured spices while cooking. Even while using it for dry roasting it oozes oil it had previously absorbed. How do you completely remove it? Also how do you maintain them, Ma'am?
