My interior designer suggested good gujrat make tiles for some places in apartment. Tile cost INR 70/sqft and rest all costs about INR 85/sqft making total cost INR 155/sqft. Pls share your thoughts if this is correct?

Hello, Can satin finish be applied in bathing area of elderly’s washroom as it is slightly slippery in comparison to matt tiles because of it’s appearance, kindly suggest.
I would suggest check 8x4feet tiles first by good companies like simpolo, quotone, nexon as they are non porus and looks stunning. If price is not an concern then look exclusively for non porus marbles as the life is going to be really really long and re polish can be done just if it is porus then chances of soaking the external spills in kitchen.. or if there is dogs and small kids then they might urinate and if not cleaned frequently can create spots. Sir, for Nexion Satin finish tile of 4x4 and 4x2 is spacer necessary n if so what’s the minimum spacer to use. And anyway can it be used without spacer.
