This has been helpful as always, thank you Sunny. I'm wondering about the Zoom interviews: What's in it for the prospect? If we are answering all their questions, would they still need our program? And if we don't, what would be the point for them, since when we are starting out it is not yet considered an application. Hope my question makes sense.

Hey Sunny, good stuff…! These online platforms disallow self promotion. (FB groups for example). How do you get folks your helping on a DM or messenger without violating their rules? Any tips?

That's exactly right. All these gurus talk about Fb groups but it's really tough. I have paid 6 people to try to help me with that on various topics. It does not work. No one shows proof they just sit back and talk hypothetically.

You have inspired me to simplify my videos like you do with the flipchart! I use my iPad for that. My niche is showing High Performers how to build an online business with Kajabi through AI tools and mindset. Hey Sunny, thank you for all that you do. I have a question for you. How do you avoid refund fraud meaning a competitor or a malicious actor buying multiple subscriptions to your online course and then getting a refund while you the course provider are stuck having to pay the initial transaction fees from your payment provider? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you

Unfortunately we have to refrain from answering any accounting related questions from a legal perspective, so we always recommend consulting with an accountant or lawyer on topics like this.

Amazing video Sunny but also very bitter sweet for me. 6 months ago I decide to create a online course - an idea I had had for the past decade. I put my head down. Did no research but based the content on my years of experience teaching that subject and becoming familiar with its principal stumbling block. I am about to finish creating it and started to look at ways to launch it. Videos like yours make me realise that I should have tested my ideas on a organically grown audience. I am reluctant to deconstruct the course now it present hours i means hourse of work (was working on it even when cruising in the carribean!) . So what do I do? Have I really messed it all up for me? I feel like i should just create a website now and just put it on sale and cross my fingers. Not a great strategy...or is it?

Do your best to not discouraged. You're not alone and many of our members have been in your shoes! Try to not think of the time spent on creating your course as time lost. Think from the perspective of evolving what you already created. I would 100% recommend testing your idea by speaking with potential ideal clients.
