VIDEO IDEA FOR YOU: As a business owner/salesman that sits down with homeowners at the kitchen table all the time, one of the things I struggled with in the beginning was actual sales presentations: What to say, what process to use, what sales methods to use, the different tiers of pricing, upgrades, warranty, ect.. A great video that I believe a lot of people would like to see would be if you would role play an actual sales meeting with a "customer". You act as a salesman and have someone act as a customer and go over the sales presentation process. Have the customer ask the most common and typical questions and you answer with your best solutions and answers. I think this video would help out everyone, especially people starting out because it would give them a great foundation to work off of and they can use it to mold their presentation. And even the season vets might be able to take something from the video that they can use in their presentations. Keep up the good work Roofing Insights!
We already produced that video!!! It’s available in roofing-school.com, and has been for 2 years. Exactly filmed how we sell in home in front of home owners, word for word, slide by slide. Unfortunately, can’t share it on RU-vid for everyone to watch. Members only. We have 400 business videos in school.
@@RoofingInsights3.0 I figured so, when I started my business that video could have been very useful. I probably lost out on quite a few jobs because my presentation was not good and I did not know where to start. Good to know that is where that video is located. Thanks!
How does this software help you close the deal the first time you go out if second trips can be avoided I try to avoid those 100% of the time I try to let my Customer know whether they’re going to hire me more fire me my first time meeting that’s the software I’m looking for Will this help
This is so unrealistic I wouldnt buy a roof off of zoom. Reason someone needs to inspect the one Biggest your not making a connection You cant see what there interested in Oh so someone is inspecting the house. That changes things It means someone IS at the property case closed
Dude, someone sells $8 million a year via zoom and you sitting at the screen “I wouldn’t buy via zoom” do you. Never try new things, never adopt, keep doing what you have been doing
@@RoofingInsights3.0 I mean i wouldn't try to sell someone without someone going to the home, has I was writing this, he said our inspector goes out climbs on roof takes pictures. thats totally different, he then shows them they were at their house. That's a hugh difference from just showing up on zoom, hey want to buy a roof. And since he talked about seeing 18 houses or 8 a day, he's obviously in a storm damage area and should only have to get a contingency to represent because your not really suppose to bid. You should see the estimate and add to it has needed. I know this because i sold almost 4 million in 3 months following an adjuster around and hey i didn't get on one house because the adjuster did it for me.
We should have an AR app that you can move over the house n walk around after the cad model is made and you can show colors live. More than hover, Imagine that walk around, roof siding or paint and AR laid over the house. Sick!!!
Thank you for having such amazing content. I agree so much on not pressuring clients or having set rules in roofing sales. We are trying to build our sales team and this is such an important aspect to implement. Sales a challenge.
Great interview and had a great time learning about Sumo from Ryan last year! Such a stud of a guy and helping so many. WITH that being said, DMITRY I think it would be GREAT content to have someone using Sumoqoute vs. someone using INGAGE or another slide presentation try to sell you. THEN YOU choose what presentation you like the most... I WOULD LOVE to be part of it on selling you using the presentations we use at Monarch vs. someone with SUMO. Thanks again for the awesome interview.
One time closer here. I do not like multiple appointments for the same customer. I dont normally push anyone to sign and it goes smoothly. I also prefer to work with people that are ready to go! Most of the time when we finish the inspection, i get a signed deal.
