Hi, I am planning to sell in Amazon UAE but it is not included in the markeplace as the video shown, does that mean I cannot use junglescout as a reference for product research?
does a product need designed packaging? or can I just have the simple packaging from the supplier? Ah, do suppliers offer packaging for whatever they sell?
At the moment we do not support Amazon UAE, but we are planning to add it to our other supported marketplaces - US, Germany, France, Canada, UK, India, Spain, Italy, Mexico, and Japan - in the future 😃 - LJ
Most of the time, suppliers will provide packaging for the product you are purchasing from them. Regarding designed packaging, is it worth extra costs? 😉^PW
What an incredibly informative video. Who the hell needs to take a course because you pretty much can get all the important information from this one video and use it as a guide for other free videos. These fake gurus with there BS overpriced courses must be hating now lol. Thank you!
Yeesss 🎉🎉 Thank you SO much for dropping a comment 😃 I'm so pleased you found this video helpful & a HUGE welcome to the Jungle Scout community 🤗 🧡- LJ
Well, Thank God I had my doubts in paying for a course. I've stumbled across you and glad I'm one t always do my research. Incredibly informative and thank you for setting people up for success. Your time and efforts in making this video/tutorial is well worth the fee subscription for using your site. Thank you JS!!
I genuinely believe this is the best video on RU-vid. I feel like I have done two years at Uni just by sitting through it. Jam packed with everything you need to know.
@@junglescout Not yet, though I have seen that it is available to watch! Quick question on 48:47, what is Amazon charging for here exactly? I am intending to ship from China to the UK - why would Ipay Amazon for shipping if they don't have any part in the process other than receiving the goods? Unless this is to collect the good from your US address? Thanks for your support - loving Jungle Scout so far (1 week in!)!
@@junglescout thanks a lot! So if you're using a freight forwarder directly to the amazon warehouse, you wouldn't be charged this as amazon don't get involved?
Wow , hands down the best fba video on RU-vid . I’m sure the “fba gurus “ are mad because they are selling this same information for thousands . Thank you soooo much !
By far the best video i've found on Amazon FBA! I walked away with 8 pages worth of notes. This is definitely a one stop shop. He covered everything so i don't have to have hop around to 10 different videos
This video is absolutely insane. I have bought many courses on Udemy and they're complete trash compared to this. I get that this video is kind of an ad for Jungle Scout but as a Jungle Scout user this is absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for this!
I sincerely appreciate you taking your time and energy to share these tips with strangers like me! These have helped me so very much and without them I’d be completely lost. Your amazing and I’m your new biggest fan lol! Thank you, thank you, thank you, and oh did I say thank you!
These steps are really good for understanding how Amazon FBA works , but later I started facing problems how to Manage PPC or to get reviews and also how to target the exact keywords which would make my products reach on the top . Later I was suggested about this tool panda-boom by a friend which helped me a lot to reach on an average of 15-20 sales per day .You can try this tool as well .
This is soooo helpful! And the step by step guide to! Thank you again Lenny!!!. The only thing that I didnt see was: 1. Dont you have to set up your listing before making the big order in case of problems?? (various people say you do), and 2. What about the new procedure to authorize yr brand , do packaging first?, and getting GTIN exemption? Im sure I can work it out but everything else is there . WOW! Thank God for Lenny !!!x
This is a great tutorial. Thank you so much. I learned a great deal. Best tutorial yet on Amazon FBA, and Jungle Scout is such a great resource to use :-)
I'm just blown away at how thorough, yet simple, this video is! Thank you! This was so much better than having to read through a long book on how to sell on Amazon. And I love the fact that the information is current and practical. I have a question: In the beginning, you mentioned that, as a private label getting started, you need a minimum of $2k, or $3-5k ideally. Does that encompass all the costs of everything you covered in the video, including inventory, shipping, freight forwarders, marketing, UPC labels, etc? Is that a complete cost to launch?
Yes, that would be a complete cost to launch! Though it would also differ based on what type of product you decide to sell, how aggressive you want to be with your PPC ads, etc. 😊 ^PW
Everything is perfect but,, you went straight to managing inventory, and not from the scratch, I would like to see it from scratch, great video Sir, my respects. Thanks for sharing.
@@junglescout sir i want to learn from you face to face...its my wish to learn directly...i'm from pakistan but i can reach up to you...sir reply me if its possible or not ?
Thanks so much Lenny, you must have been exhausted after all that talking, I would! This is literally my first attempt at this process and I cannot wait, I have so many ideas I want to realise and this is just a billiant resource to get started, thank you so much. I will be going with Jungle Scout and I cannot wait to get started!

This is by far the best guide I have come across as I am getting ready to purchase my first product from a manufacturer and launch my Amazon store. A couple of questions that I still have after watching your video: - Obviously, knowing the landed cost of my product is important to determine, in the product research phase, if a product idea is worth pursuing. How do I know the landed cost of my first product when I won’t actually get shipping quotes/duty charges until I choose and hire a freight forwarder? This information seems to come along very far into the process, whereas I feel like I need a good idea of these costs before placing my first order with a manufacturer. - I want to have my manufacturer print my FNSKU barcode on my packaging. However, the listing needs to be created before I can get this barcode to send to my manufacturer. Do I just create a skeleton of a listing to get this in the early stages (to send to manufacturer) and then refine my listing while I am waiting for my product to arrive? If so, what is required within the listing (title, photos, etc.) in order to create this minimal listing to get the barcode? - For product images, can’t I just use the images from my product’s manufacturer? For example, if buying on Alibaba, can I use these same images from that listing? Can I ask my supplier for their raw, highest-quality image files so they will be zoomable on Amazon? Thank you!
Thanks very much for answering my questions so quickly and honestly! I wonder if there is a % we can know about number of new sellers who succeed, rather than just "a lot" ?
It is the video that I watched right after completing Million dollar case study - Season 4. It is one awesome gist for me to recall all that I heard and understood from Greg for about 3 weeks in MDCS season 4. Great and precise content. Thanks, Jungle Scout!
Am got to this video from watching something very different but I am glad I got here. You explaining so so good that even retarded person could sell in Amazon 😂👌👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
They are thief as well if you need proof tell me I can send where they took $589 from my account and refund $69 and refused to pay remaining and claimed money officially wasn't paid from my card. Bullocks in fact #junglecout can steal money anytime they will feel like and you won't get it back when you are not using UK USA or European bank card
came across this video as I am looking into starting wholesale business with FBA, this was soooo helpful to me and hopefully today next year I will reply to this comment and see how far I have come!! Thank you for all the tips and in-depth information on how to start :)
Hey I’m just starting out and this video has make me rethink my strategy. I’m going to follow your steps one by one as see where I end up. Thanks for posting👍
great info, Thanks a lot for sharing such a golden nuggets of information with us,really appreciate your time and effort you put in to produce this content.
This video is great! You stayed on point and it's an actual video regarding how you do everything. Which as you said you'd have to watch multiple videos. But I understood more from this video than a lot that I have watched in the past so Hat's off to you my friend!
Thank you for the information. It was laid out quite plainly and you were easy to follow. My question is, if the minimum initial captial can be as low as $2,000, how much of that will go to secondary costs such as a 3rd party inspector, freight forwarder, UPC codes, customs charges etc. Thank you.
This would depend on a product you choose, but usually, $2k would be enough! When it comes to other costs, we recommend following our Million Dollar Case Study series here - jnglsct.com/FBPG-MDCS4 ^PW
Oh wow! That's the highest compliment anyone could get!🤩 Make sure to check out our MDCS series, here: jnglsct.com/CC-MDCS-S5 I'm sure you'll love it!😉 -RS
Lenny, thanks, great video. You know, one of my customers has a Branded product (shoes), and has no sales at all yet. When I tried to use coupons or even PPC Sponsored Ads, it does not let me: coupons don´t show on green because we are not Buy Box elegible yet, it only shows at the end of the process, on the shopping cart. So the call to action you expect from the Green sign is lost. As far as the Sponsored Ads, no Buy Box elegibility, no campaign allowed. So we only had the choice of Promotions or Sponsored Brands. I just wanted to let you know, when you work with new products , new ASINS, your Advertisement choices are somewhat limited. Thanks, excellent content.
I'm so pleased that you're enjoying our content, Maria 😃 Thank you so much for sharing that with us! It's really great to gear people's experiences 😃 - LJ
This is an excellent video presentation. The presenter is a great teacher. The slides are clear and easy to read. It would certainly go a long way for people who are just starting out. Thank you so much and best of wishes to you!
Thank YOU so much for your kind words 😃 The video team, content team and Lenny work super hard on these videos so knowing that you're loving the content has just made our day! 🤩- LJ
I'm still confused regarding the brand name when creating a product listing. I do not have my own brand name registered yet, and the brand name is mandatory when creating a product listing. What should I do in this situation? What brand name I use if I don't have my own yet? Thanks
Are you seeing the Error Code: 5665 when you do not enter a Brand Name? 🤔 I would recommend that you contact support and mention that error code. Amazon should be able to clear it up so you are able to list as the brand name you want (without Brand Registry), or use the N/A workaround 😃 - LJ
Thank you for sharing this awareness about scams. Scammers can be buyers or sellers . They sells items they don’t actually have, usually these kind of sellers have 0%feedback and uses stock photos on their listings. they copied listings from other seller especially those stuff that are popularly expensive.Pls.. Be Aware.. Some scammers can be buyers too They would buy your stuff on purpose and could make up reasons to get refund after they received the item… don’t fall in these..
👆👆👆Since the day I started working with you ... I know I've changed a lot, your strategy and technic has really helped me to become a better person inside and outside ...... you're one of the reason why I always try my best ... you have influenced my life in such a position way and also change view in my life for helping me get my loan approved. Thank you so much sir
This video is going to be the base for my further actions. Feeling confident. Thank you #junglescout Edit- If a product has low demand with low competition, and my budget is also low, would you advise to sell that product?
Low demand and competition is not an ideal environment to sell in even if you're on a budget. If you're budget is low, you can always do your product research while building up your funds to get started! -AL
It’s really not that hard! At first i really got trapped and didn’t know what to do! But now after a while of learning i was listed on the top selling couple of times! Using some tools and help of course

Really love that this information is so organized and thorough, however, it's much easier said than done for beginners. I'm becoming more and more discouraged on finding the right product because I've only been able to find opportunity scored items of 3 or 4. I've spent 30+ hours of continued filters and searching and I'm not sure if it's just COVID or there's too many items on Amazon at this point. It's definitely not easy!

@@junglescout I just subscribed to the channel and look forward to becoming a BILLIONNAIRE Thanks to your fantastic reports ! Keep sucking in Amazon's data.
A very comprehensive video. really good info and I am using all the relevant stuff for my new UK FBA business. In conjunction with Jungle Scout of course which is amazing. Thanks!
Yeah for a beginner this video is really encouraging and helpful, but later I faced a lot of difficulties selling my products or having a proper description, reviews, and keyword research! After facing all those and a great deal of research I came Panda-Boom which helped me overcome all the issues and Also helped me Maintain PPC. Currently, I got a rise in my sale on an average of 15-20 per day.
Exactly I loved the way he explained everything in a short period, I wish I had seen his video before I started my Amazon FBA journey! @@junglescout Thank you so much... A last ques: Is it possible to sell private labelled products WITHOUT trademark or brand registry? If yes, do we need to have a new ASIN?
Brand Registry requires you to have a trademark. 😉 If your brand is not eligible for Brand Registry, you can obtain an exception by contacting Seller Support. 🧡 -RS
I love this teaching ❤️. But I have a big problem understanding things online. I wish I can afford travel fee or connection with a friend outside here to stay with and breakthrough. Growing up in village with no digital knowledge is a disease.
@@junglescout Wow you did response could not believe it!!! I'm trying but currently struggling with the supplier side, I have a small budget $1600 and every product I get the supplier's are asking for a price that will make me a loss.
Thank you so much Lenny, you're a legend! Can you just explain the bid process in PPC. The dynamic bid. So who is bidding in this situation? Why would I bid on my own product? I don't understand.
Good question! You would be bidding on your own product because you want to win conversions based on keyword results. So, a dynamic bid means that depending on how well your product would convert, it will either raise or lower the bid so your product gets prime placement on Amazon. Hope that helps! -AL
Super informative video! I wanted to inquire more about the role of the freight forwarder and having your shipment ready for amazon. Is it correct that 1. Your manufacturer should print your FNSKU code on the packages 2. I create and print the shipping labels in amazon seller central and send them to my freight forwarder (would the "ship from" be the address of the manufacturer or the freight forwarder on these labels?) 3. My freight forwarder picks my products up from the manufacturer and prepares them for Amazon. What extra steps are they taking to prepare my products for Amazon? Another question: If you have one product listed with different variations do you need a UPC code for every variation? Thanks!
1. Yes, they can do that for you, or Amazon can do it for you for a fee! 2. Both should be fine! 3. I would recommend reaching out to the freight forwarder to verify that ☺️ 4. Yes, you will need a UPC code for each variant
Exactly, I have found it very effective, but unfortunately, I didn't come across this video when I faced my struggles, but After facing all those and a great deal of research I came Panda-Boom which helped me overcome all the issues and Also helped me Maintain PPC. Currently, I got a rise in my sale on an average of 15-20 per day.
Excellent video so far. I have not completed it, but I have been watching your million dollar case study and numerous other videos of yours and to see the information summarized in such a way and see the consistency in what your process/what you have to say has been absolutely phenomenal. I have zero experience in Amazon selling and am heavily considering purchasing your Freedom Builders Bootcamp package and, while I spend 2 or 3 weeks learning what is necessary to succeed through that package, have the intention to participate in retail/online arbitrage to get the hang of things (i.e. I am uncertain about shipping things into Amazon as I've spent the majority of my time researching how to research products, hahaha). I am very grateful for what you guys have done and have been doing. I really feel like this an achievable goal in my life (I'm just looking for a meager 3K per month, but for some reason, feel a sales volume above 10K is [relatively] immediately achievable). I am truly grateful for the content your brand provides, Greg, and because of that, feel like I really can succeed in this venture. P.S. I"m a full-time student at a local university and am using my side funds to really get into this. I believe in your company and what you have to offer and, within the next three years, when I reach $1m in sales through your tools and coaching, I hope to be on your channel and inspire those that were in the same position as me. To date (which truthfully isn't long by any means), I have found no other source of information as thorough as yours. I have lost sleep over the possibilities and potential life trajectories you have created in my mind. Forever thankful, Ricky
Hey Ricky! Your feedback just made our day, thank you soooooo much for sharing this 😍We hope that with the help of our tools, you will become "$1 million Amazon Seller" in the future! 🙌 And we would love to have you on our channel so you can share your story 😉 ^PW
Thankyou so much for this valueable information. I just wanted to ask if there is anything else that we need to know before starting FBA or you have covered 100% topic? If there is, please mention the topics so that I can do my research. Thanks in advance.
