Hi Chloe. when you offer a bundle discount, you have to raise your price to cover the discount and probably have to pay Depop a higher fee. Wouldn't it be better to not have a discount and offer a lower fee. I think the discount on Depop and other platforms only benefit platforms like Depop, not the seller or the buyer. It is straight forward and easier to calculate, not to give a discount on bundles.
Can you do a depop calculator of how much you make on a sale net after all the taxes and shipping and fees - just an example item and go through it step by step or conversely what percentage of the sale price ends up in your pocket after everything etc?
Formula: item price + shipping price - 14.54% fee = your revenue your revenue - shipping price = your profit Example from my sales: 16.20 + 4.42 = 20.62 - 3 = 17.62 17.62 - 4.42 = 13.20 Conclusion: I lost 18.52% of sales price Idk man, the fee was different (13.28%) for another thing I sold that was free shipping.

I have a question about hashtags and I guess algorithm stuff. Like I have this yellow New York City t-shirt and i put the hashtag New York, and I list it and when I look up the New York hashtag my listing isn’t there? I also try just looking up New York t-shirt and it doesn’t show up in the search. I even go as specific as New York City yellow t-shirt and it still doesn’t show up. I also sort by newest listings and it’s still not there¿¿ To even find it I have to look up New York City t-shirt and filter to yellow shirts and even then it’s a little bit lower into the feed next to items posted a couple of weeks ago, when I posted it just today.
dang that's honestly very frustrating!! :( I'm not sure exactly how the algorithm works with the hashtags. I use hashtags, but I don't worry about them too much. Sometimes I'll post something, search it and I'll see my listing, but sometimes I don't see it when I just posted it. I think depop kind of filters by a combo of what is just posted and what they think is most relevant... so im not too sure and im sad I cant be of more help. I would just not worry about the hashtags and algorithm too much. just keep posting and relist your items and you should still make sales because I've never had that issue of not making a sale because it didn't come up in search. Also if you post more consistently depop would be more likely to push your items! hope that helped sorry i couldnt help more :/

you can if you want! im not sure if its common to do so. I've had maybe a handful of people send me an offer on something I've liked of theirs, it definitely makes me seriously consider the purchase. all you do is send them a direct message by clicking on their page :)

i guess just the benefit of having your items show up in their feed. and honestly idk if its just me but i never go on my feed haha, i just use the 'my DNA' page.
