Hey! Great job with the video. I ran into the same problem that you did as it pertains to the email summarizing the data. But when I go back into power automate, I do not have the ability to uncheck the "sum" option, does it matter that the columns are all quick measures in my table? Also, after creating the "Select" step, is there another way to export other than creating the HTML table?

Hi Raju, it sounds like we need to create a loop within Power Automate, which I havent learned to do just yet, so I will get back to you when I find out!

Hi Vasudev, you can trigger it with a button, or a scheduled time, but I don't think you can trigger it with slicers

Thanks much for this, question, can I make this conditional to send or not send based on values of the table? For example, I want to email a list items that have low inventory, however, I don't want to send if the table is empty (due to filter conditions) and would like to avoid having to send an empty table.

Hi Andres, Power Automate supports if statements so you could potentially add an action below the "Create HTML" table to do if... when... but you might have to test out how it works since I've never done it before Sorry I couldn't help much!

Hi Fernan... I have followed a similar process but instead collect the data using csv and emailing that. I cannot find a method however to export as a formatted excel sheet or file and so the csv data is unformatted and looks poor. Do you have a suggestion for this? I could export to onedrive, but that then creates another series of operations to send it from there... Ideally formatting in the flow is needed. I have tried using the power automate parameter options, however csv still doesn't utilise % and $ etc...

Hi Mahesh - did you find the solution to your problem? I have a similar requirement where I want to send emails to customers who have their payments pending. I have the email address as one of the fields in the table. I want to automate it completely, but even if it is through a click of a button, I am okay with that for now.

It sends the Email for each row data instead of 1 full email containing all the data in the table. for example by having 4 rows of data containing an email adres, it will send 4 emails instead of 1 email. Is there a solution to only send 1 email containing all the data inside the tabel for the same person?
