Hi Nevin You can send email from only the Google account that you used for setting up Form Director. This is a restriction by Google to avoid fake emails. However, you can send emails to the email ids submitted in the Google Forms

Hi Ana, We would love to add integration with Google Voice from Form Director. However Google Voice does not seem to have API support. So, we need to wait. You can check Form Director's integration with Slack, Twilio, Google Chat/ Hangout, Twitter, Telegram as alternate to Google Voice.

Hi Arunanshu, Yes, the number of emails are limited by the Form Director plan that you are taking (decides the monthly quota) and by Gmail (decides daily quota - 100 for consumer/gmail accounts and 1500 for workspace accounts). This is only useful for single account, if you have designed a form which is going to fill by several users, still email will go from author's email id instead of user's id. Also if you keep option "ON" for collecting emails in google form settings, still its sending email from author account and in "FROM" section on email its showing email id which entered by user with Author's email id. But if you reply on this mail it will again come to author inbox instead of User's mail id
The email goes out from the email account (author) that configured Form Director. And, yes, you cannot impersonate sending an email from the user's email account as Gmail prohibits this rightly. You can however set "ReplyTo" in the email template to direct replies to any email including user's email
