If i want to send notification to specific device, for example i use 'if-else' statement to check this token uses what platform and then if (platform === 'iOS'), then it will send notification to iOS device only and If i want to send to the android only then the operation still same sending notification to android devices only. How can i achieve this using your video tutorial?

The firebase-admin package has a .message().send(). Curious, any particular reason you are using fcm-notification which hasn't been updated in like 5 years?
