Float valve of my aquaguard Neo is not functioning and water is overflowing. Where I shall get a float valve and how to replace the float sensor - please advise.

But i have same product which stopped working in 7 month (low water) and customer service is very bad, and technicials also rude. Saying filters need to replace and 4-5 thousand expenses. Why should any one invest 4 to 5 k for repair. I thrown this scrap.
Branded purifier filters are costly, if some behaviour issue of an authorised service centre you can escalate to their seniors... If the purifier has a filter with a security chip on the filter then only the brand can provide it with their own cost. Most branded RO purifiers have similar maintenance cost for replacing all consumable filters
It can be done if you have a good knowledgeable technician. Who knows that RO works 24v and UV purifier Works on 12v in this model accordingly he has do the connections.
Reasons may be : 1) check input water pressure 2) SEDIMENT , carbon , UF FILTER may jammed , normally UF jams early being 0.01 micron filter. Check step by step. 3) some time SV may jammed because of dust particles.
Service means consumable filters to be changed from time to time as per your usage and water quality. There is an alarm system which indicates filter change time has come or filters are jam and water tank taking too much time to fill. For genuine filter contact authorised/genuine service provider for consumable filters.
Ohh bad experience, I can understand your concern. If you don't mind , I can try to take up your concern with the OEM if you share a complaint no. which is not attended . I can try to fix ur issue through OEM team. I think they have to deliver service as per their commitment to end user.
Very bad service support, dont bye, i am using from. Last 1 year, but no any person visited for free service after installation, during installatiin also faced lots of problems of, engineer un availibilty, no proper communication,
Sir , I can understand your pain/situation. Normally companies have their service policy, but I think all companies make money in service so they should provide good service . Always raise service requests directly to company service numbers and note your complaint number for future communication. As I know few service management guys in AQUAGUARD if possible share complaint number I ll try my best to solve the issue across India as per their SLA.
