I remember how I was totally lost on my Genetics lab practical test one about pipettes. I did watch some youtube videos before hand, but none of them retained in my memory; I wish I had seen this video at that time; you know how to teach. It is wonderful, and I will enjoy on my medical microbiology lab class tomorrow.
Ms. Melissa you're a...................... HERO!!!! Idk if you'll ever see this but one question -- why is the division sign used to indicate the range of volume the micropipette can hold? 2 ÷ 20, 20 ÷ 200, and 100 ÷ 1000 ?
if you have five tubes to centrifuge in a six-slot centrifuge, you would add a sixth tube of the same volume (water blank). this is common practice. source: >20 years in biotech.
