Hi! Thanks for the information! Appreciate a lot, but I've tried the same steps you give me here from the Ohio location and I cannot connect to other mail servers on port 25 is it possible to change that? I've added an outbound rule but nothing happens if you can help me with that it would be great. Thank you!

do elastic ips needs to be the same as the public ip of my instance ?

Elastic IP is same as public IP, but it won't change when you stop/start instance. The default public IP will change if you stop/start the instance.

I told them to use webmail only for my websites...they are not listening at all..

It is hard to get them listen. If you sent them a detailed mail, that may help, but just saying i need to email clients, won't work.

AWS is strict, they won't approve everyone. Same for SES too, you need to convince them you are doing not to send spam to get approved. I suggest use something like mailgun, it is easier to get approved. Here is a list of other similar services to sent transnational email serverok.in/transnational-email-providers
