When I set the alarm it nevers says on, Ill do the time in then long press the play/pause button and it will just say "Off" everytime

This device doesn’t support an apps. You can connect only I guess by Bluetooth

Hi friend, mine is the g63 same as yours identical.... I can't turn up the volume from its button, only the volume down function works, to turn the volume up again I have to turn it off and turn it back on, and it goes back to u 28, max volume... Then how do you set the light randomly? I can't... Could you please help me with these 2 questions? Thanks 👍🏻😉

Whenever I set the minutes, i go to the time i want but when i press ‘play/pause’ to set it, it just goes back to the wrong time

In my case I’ve been charging for almost 10hrs and the red light still on, so I take out of charging coz this product didn’t have the mah capacity like powerbank. 1 or 2 hrs is enough to charge.

I think it is supposed to be the Happy Light app, but it is about as useful as the Chinese instruction leaflet in the box.

This version it doesn’t support. Wake up Sunrise will work only if the device supports an app where you can set up the time for sunrise stimulation. This device doesn’t support app also

It will work if your phone does have wireless charging capabilities. I’m not really familiar with but I’m sure flagship phones of Samsung like S series can do wireless charging

It will turn off for the meantime. But if you will not set turn OFF then it will always alarm ⏰ the time you set.

The alarm always plays at a set time (whichever time is set). But I want to completely take the alarm off and I can't do it. Any idea how? I think i gkt different version as there is no "Off" on the digital display. I think i tried setting alarrm on the app but I took it off but the alarm still plays no matter what because the alarm is a loud bird noise and that's what i set it up as on the app

Sorry for the late reply yes you got another version my device doesn't support an APP. Try to do long press the button where you set the alarm. Till the alarm logo disappear
