June 2024 and this came so in handy! Was also wondering why there were no written instructions with my bag but thankfully this is the first video that came up on my Google search. Thank you so much!

Thank you over 5 years later showing me what a TSA lock ACTUALLY DOES when many google searches apparently just assumed I would know. I've never had a TSA-lock piece before and no one would actually explain how it functions.

Thank you so much for this helpful video. It would’ve been really helpful if travel pro the company bought my luggage from actually included those directions with all the other fancy things they had. I just shake my head when things are not intuitive, or instructions are not included, and the consumers are forced to go look online. Thank you for offering the service to us.

Should've prefaced by saying that you need to FIRST have it set to the lock code (in this case, set to the factory default '000'). THEN you can reset it by using pointy object (in this case a pen).

I have a Qantas Nitara suitcase with a TSA007 lock but no reset button.. any help would be greatly appreciated!! It’s currently on the default 000 code but I need to change it to something different for an international flight in 3 days! Hellppp!!
