how to set time and review of Casio 5479

I just got mine today. Just a fact that watches with a dark environment with a dark background doesn’t make it easy to read the time. I can tell this watch is very durable. The looks of the watch make it seem like it is much of a close neighbor’ in terms of design and durability in comparison to G-Shock.
