There is no "settings" option on my phone as you describe. I see others saying the same. Please delete the word "any" in your title and change it to "most." But only if you want to be a class act.

Check the settings and look for the QR code and scan it with your mobile phone camera. If your phone camera can't scan QR code, download one from your app store. 2nd way is to type your watch name with app in Google search. Example... "Hw12 watch App" or "How to setup Hw53 watch app". Watch the videos from the search. Thank you.

If the time setting is not in the watch, the only way is via connection. When you successfully link the watch to your smartphone, the time should automatically adjust itself to your smartphone's time. Now, if you have tried the ways outlined in the video and still, none of it worked for you, there is nothing else I can do. Better still, you can get a new watch with 12 hrs function.

It depends on the watch. I discovered that not all these smartwatches can do that. However, You can check the settings of your watch and the app settings to see if there is an option for 12hrs or 24hrs.
