Sir warranty mai 5 year PCB both out door and indoor unit... 5 year condenser, 5 year gas recharge , 10 year on compressor par warranty , kya warranty real mai hai.... Actually in local area , there is a condition to get 5 year warranty , customer have to used only samsung service continuously 5 year , then warranty applicable, cleaning service of ac taken only samsung...

It's because auto clean function is activated. To deactivate...First press the options button on remote then press the right arrow bottom unless 'clean' start blinking. Then press the set button. Off timer me ac normal functioning karta hai aur set time ke baad off hota hai. Sleep mode me ac set temp maintain karta hai lekin thoda sound Kam ho jata hai aur temp thoda kam aggressively maintain hota hai means 24 set karoge toh 24 hone ke baad cool function band hoke sirf fan chalega, agar temp increase hua toh fir cooling uske baad fir fan mode aise automatically hoga aur set timer ke baad band ho jayega.

I am using the same AC model that you have. I am feeling pungent smell for around 30secs whenever AC starts. I think reason for this is whenever AC is switched off, complete air is not blown out rather the indoor shutter closes immediately. But in another AC brand, complete air will be blown out and then only the indoor shutter will get closed. Do you face the same issue. Please let me know how this issue can be resolved. I tried filter cleaning option also but it didn't help me everytime.

My AC is also facing same problem. My family members can notice the smell but the service engineer says there is no bad smell coming from AC.

@@TECHNOSTARTERSS cooling speed is ok. But we all feel irritated to the smell when the compressor stops after reaching the set temperature. It comes for near about 1 to 2 min then the bad smell stops. It happens continuously when the outdoor unit compressor stops. At 28 temp it switches the outdoor compressor frequently and the bad smell comes again and again for 1 min when compressor stops for a while.

@@TECHNOSTARTERSS In this case you should raise complaint to customer care and get the sensor changed because it doesn't show temperature correctly it is faulty. But is bad smell coming through your AC when the outdoor compressor stops.
