Quick and effective. I like such films, where the author presents the issue without wrapping in the bush. Man, develop this channel because I see that you have a lot of potential. Everything what you've done so far is really good.
Thanks for your comment. I'm glad my video was helpful to you. RU-vid channel takes a lot of time and its difficult to develop it when you have a full-time job. But who knows maybe I might do some videos again :)
I believe ramps requires you to give something up for UART or SPI such as display. Don't quote me I've always steered away from it and stuck with 32bit.
-------------------------- there is TMC2130 v1.0. I set the CFG1 to gnd and set the vref to 1V. The system is operating with excessive noise. The motor braking signal sounds from the drivers. The cfg2 must be open for the spreadcycle, but if the tmc2100 is fabricated open, should we open the tmc2130 v1.0 myself?
On the motor, installed on my printer, on it labels writed 1.2A/Phase = IRMS I do not understanding this digits 0.71 and 1.41 1:13 - where do You get it? On the 8825 needed to measure the voltage betveen the pot. and ground with the power switched on with the motors disconnected from the driver, then the voltage must been the half of the IRMS writed on the motor label. So if it is 1.2A/P the voltage must be 0.6V between screwdriver and the ground. What voltage at this point do You have?
Dear Alexander, for 0.71 and 1.41 is written in tmc2130 datasheet. It is the part of the RMS formula actually. Tmc2130 is using 0.11 ohm sense resistors. There is an online calculator at learn.watterott.com/silentstepstick/faq/ please check ‘How to set stepper motor current?’ section there
