You probably dont give a damn but does any of you know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my account password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me
You should actually use a bow that’s specific for bowfishing because they have significantly deeper cam grooves to keep your string from derailing due to excessive drawing at lower poundage with fingers
Don't you find putting a finger saver on the top of the nock with a compound, especially more modern parallel limb designs causes some pinching when you are at full draw? I ended up putting them on a recurve, with a less steep string angle when at full draw.
Hi do the tapered ends of the finger savers face towards each other (i.e do the tapered ends touch the nock points or do the tapered ends face away from each other)?
clifford j hunt recurve are good for snap shots and in my opinion shoot smother but there is no let off a compound has a let off making it easier to hold back for a long time
Actually my bow has never been covered in blood and guts or anything and ive killed alot of fish... its not even that beat up besides a few scratches and some paint peel but its done good i dont see why you cant just use any bow it doesnt necessarily have to be that cheap as long as it works with a good lbs
Just curious... I just got into the sport.. Ive had 2 rests destroyed by the plastic piece that screws into the arrow to stop the safety slide. Ive removed it and used epoxy and wrapped string to make a stopper for the slider that dosnt obliterate a whisker biscuit.. Was I doing something wrong? I destroyed the QAD HDX that came with the bow...
terrible.... you need a bow that shoots 25-50. As most shots are made quick with no aiming. Friends try to use 50lb bows and are still drawing it back after the fish is long gone. My bow is set at 35lbs and im still shooting 50lb fish.
dont let anyone fool you lol 60# is fine if that's all you got, sure I would prefer something in the 40-50 pound range but who cares? practice with it and use it and you'll get better with it all the time. Practice is waaaayyy more important than equipment when it comes to bowfishing
will douget any bow will work as long as its around 40-45 lbs... mine was cheap but its a 55 and i think sometimes its just a tab bit much power but it works i only paid 100 bucks for it and at the time AMS reels were 60 bucks so it wasnt a bad setup ive got many grest shots with it over these couple years
