Most common issue is motorboat owners have their company registrations in Delaware. But not common for startups

Thanks for the valuable information👍. I heard from an accountant that I need to employ 5 Turkish citizens if I want to setup and run a company in Turkey. Is this correct? However, I met foregn company owners in Isatanbul (2 people) having a company fully registered on their names. How does this work? Many thanks for helping?

You can own your own company as foreign investor. to employ foreign citizen you need to hire 5 turkish that’s right

We don’t have virtual company concept but you can establish company with power of attorney. It will cost couple thousand dollar with lawyers and accountant support

Salaam How much will the process cost for TRC & formation of company in turkey (25k) Also set up for office rental & documentation, hiring of one worker . The amount we need to show in the bank for 1 year.

Around 5000 TL set up cost. Other costs vary but for 2 thousand dollar you can sort it out evertything my opinion

When you are exporting product outside Turkey, you are going to sell 0% vat this is advantage.

@@SerifTheBroker I believe you misunderstood his question. In order to work with his own company and GET A WORK PERMIT, does he need to first hire 4 turkish citizens ? Because the ikamet alone does not allow us to work in Turkey...

Thank you Ayman, Company setup costs are same for everybody. Only difference for Turkish nationality you don't need passport translation. If you can be more specific about facilities you are looking for I can be helpful. 👍

I intend to register a limited liability company in the field of engineering. I have gathered all the necessary information so that I can use the fact that I am registering a company in Turkey and I am working with a job manager If I do this , I will have to pay a fine of 10,000 liras to the labor administration every month My main question is that at the end of the year I spent 60,000 liras in one of the institutions of the Turkish state and the capital of the first company limited is not more than 10,000 liras Does the company ask me to do the same in terms of work or tax administration that is a government institution and is dependent on the state or do I have to pay the remaining 50,000 pounds and receive it from my personal bank account?
