1. The minimum space requirements for a retail PHARMACY is 20m2 2. Pre-inspection is free of charge 3. I will not finish the entire video but thanks for putting this information out there, it can benefit many, my only request is for you to get your facts in check.
Thanks sophie I consulted from many pharcist and inspectors they all said 10m2 for retail and 15 for wholesale. And with my experience all inspections are charged my dear
Tyanks for the knowledge but this is how to start a poor prognosing pharmacy. Why? You cant pay a pharmacist only months of covering; there are two possibilities, he wont accept the fee or by next months he will be back for More..i recommend paying him for atlist 4months Though one can start with 9m as you have stated but i expect a bad ending...The main factor is the pharmacist himself
Hello dear ,,thanks for the great work ur doing,,I request u for taking me through the requirements for setting up a mini pharmacy,,yes mini pharmacy...thanks
I ve a busy trading center in my village and it's near the government hospital And I didn't do nursing I did medical records but I want to open mini pharmacy
Next year i gonna be completing my o level now here is my question how many years to complete my pharmacist course?bambi am waiting for your response thanks so much dear ❤❤❤
Jacob, great work you do!! Quick question, So what happens if I'm not a pharmacist but I want to own a pharmacy business. How do I go about it?? Thanks in advance.
You need to get knowledge about the business, get friends who are in the business get to know how they earn there profits and challenges from all that you will know if its a right investment for you
@@SpecialJacobvlogs Thanks for your prompt response. 🙏. What about acquiring a License to operate it. Can Someone else(Pharmacist) who has the requirements do the needful on another's behalf? Hope my question is understandable 😂😂
Well that's a good qn. With 100m you can get the best locations in car parks and near health facilities because you can easily buyout mall businesses to favour yours, you can get pharmacist easily, you can easily get good carpenters and designers for your shelves and best of all you can buy a variety of good drugs for your customers
Please sir, doing a pharmacy technician apprenticeship in a community pharmacy store and doing it inside market settings where drugs are being sold on wholesale, which one is more educative and preferable for one who wants to open a pharmacy store ?
Thanks for the correct procedure. However the 9m is little bro. If rent ~ 2m, NDA ~ 1.5m , registration of company ~0.5m, pharmacist ~1.2 m x 3= 3.6m. Furniture goes up to > 5m. Please note, NDA license for retail pharmacy is not 170k. I suggest you get correct info to share.
I didn't say 170k I think you didn't see it well. I do proper research before I post something and most of my vlogs are from personal experience but thanks for the comment I love such comments
Your intentions are good . Your numbers need alot of editing . You have to look at the costs involved and the break even point then work backwards to establish the stock levels you need . Pharmacy is capital intensive because the expenses are high. Thanks for trying
Well ugandans want a break down of everything! And also rent is a factor in this business! Most people fail because there profits don't can't pay rent. So it was important to talk about it
