Well they're pretty much the same thing, most times all these Chinese machines come from the same manufacturers so businesses just buy in bulk and brand them. So either of them is okay.

Yes it's very possible. the most common platform in Social media i.e. Instagram,facebook or twitter. But if you want a proper website, You can get one in Shopify, Ecwid, selar, bumpa, woo commerce or even a free website with paystack or flutterwave.
