Sorry I have not used the winscp scripts and don't have any idea about running them, I took a look at below url and they are showing how to call it from dos but there is no video at their site winscp.net/eng/docs/script_upload_single_file

This should work for remote connections you just need to share the user name and password. Make sure the corresponding port is open.

How can we manage SFTP path to restrict on specific folder and not show all folders. And how to manage multiple users for SFTP ?

Sorry I don't have much experience managing the SFTP server. I just need to show how to upload and download the files to\from SFTP server using SSIS thus I made this video like how we can configure the sftp server on windows 10 machine but I am not an expert on configuring the sftp servers. If you have any question on SSIS, SQL, MySQL then you can let me know. Thanks.

Not sure if you still need an answer or not. One way is to create a new login (or user) for your Windows PC, and share whatever folder you want to be able to access with that new user via the folder's properties. Then, at the step at 5:04 instead of typing your own username and password, type in the username and password of the new user you created that only has access to whatever folder you wanted to give access to via the internet.

Unfortunately I have not configured the public ip sftp server. And currently I am not sure how we can do that. I normally make videos on SSIS and I configured this sftp server on the machine to test like how sftp server works and how we can for example upload and download files to sftp server using ssis.

Seems like there's a lot of valuable information that's missing here. This looks like it's just a client and not the actual server. How do I set up what folders I want to share? What's going on. I have no clue

Yeah it is a very basic video on setting up. The purpose of creating this basic sftp server was to just test the upload\download from sftp using ssis. I think you can watch detailed videos from creators about setting up the sftp servers. If you have any question on SSIS and SQL server then you can let me know.

The IT department or whoever is taking care of the FTP server over the internet they will share the FTP server url, user name and password and using those details you can access it over the internet same way how you are accessing it locally.
