Best grappler in the uk and a pioneer of BJJ. I went to a senimar with the world champion goth lord and learnt many of the moves he invented like the goth knot, guillotine and goth guard, and goth x guard. It was a game changer for me !

I’ve been using Reverse Z for the last three or four months with immediate success. It’s really an interesting position for me, but hadn’t thought of using the chin strap. You can see immediately as someone who uses it where the goth lock / sweep comes if someone were slide over the hook during an attempted Revers Z sweep and fall straight into the goth lock. Really nice system Nice shit
