Is it possible to add more formatting to the teams message? Including a button, dropdown, input field etc? I can do it on slack with block kit

Yes - look at using Adaptive Cards. adaptivecards.io/samples/

I get an excel file with late employees Id like to send a message to each employee that is in that excel file or email individually

I have a similar process. I have a flow which saves the excel file on share point which is received by email. After saved, it triggers another flow created to read the excel file, extract the email addresses and send the messages on teams or by email.

Can we send personal chats to multiple users using one workflow? Example... I want to send "reminder to submit your files" to the users - A, B, and C users, creating one work flow..... I want to send these message individually to A, B and C please advise how to do this, if it is possible..... I'm unable to do so..

Yes it's possible, you just need to add the action three times one after the other.
