I am sending the other order back, did not know I did not receive the "premium", I also did not realize the difference with installing the wheels. My order had screws that were stripped, so the wheels I could not install, pl us the product was used bc I found a piece of grass in the package with the front wheel. I appreciate your instructions, easy to follow and your are very thorough. Thank you!

My alignment on my large one must be misaligned or defective because it was VERY difficult to get the large wheels to click in and I did exactly what you did. Had to do it over 30 times each side to finally have it click in firmly. Was very frustrating to say the least!
I just got new axles for mine and now one of the wheels won't come off...I suspect it is a similar issue to what you were having. Did you just get lucky after trying for so long? I'm thinking I might have to take mine to a bike shop to get the wheel off now.
I am 99% sure it's on the right direction (where the indent is on the outside) but tomorrow I'm going to work harder at trying to double check and get it off. It's locked on just has a bit more play than the other axle than the other side. I'm wondering if the inside fitting is damaged somehow. WD40 tomorrow... fingers crossed.
You skipped where you attach the reflectors because it is obviously a poor design. It doesn't mean its a bad cart. We just didn’t put them on and will add our own reflective tape on the back. Have some character and include the bad with the good please.
